Caturdays are for giving!

A cats tale!

‘Yay!!!’, I said as I jumped out of bed this morning, ‘It’s Caturday!’ Holy cat nip!!! In my excitement I forgot that I am Tippy the Tipster, the wobbly kitty who sometimes falls over when I walk. But as ‘The Tipster’, I have a favorite saying, ‘when life throws you wobbles you pick yourself up and try again!’ Up I get! Time for a wash, teeth brushing and my daily affirmation. Todays affirmation is ‘Today I will do something good to help others!’

I love Caturdays! It is the day I am not ‘officially’ working but when you are an Inspurrational Meower it really is a 24/7 job!

Today, I am spending the day with my beautiful friends. I am very, very blessed! I have a beautiful girlfriend, the lovely Luna, and two wonderful friends, Noah and Lucy. They all accept me for being the kitty that I am. I may be a ‘wobbly wobbler’ and there are many things that Luna, Noah and Lucy can do that I can’t, but they love me anyway! They do not judge me by my disability, they judge me by the love in my heart and for being the kitty that I am! In life everyone is different, we all have things we are good at and we all have something special about us. We need to see things with diamond eyes, where everything is sparkly and precious! Luna, Noah and Lucy have diamond eyes for sure!

Today is a special Caturday! It is three weeks before Christmas and Luna, Noah, Lucy and I are preparing special Christmas gifts for some homeless kitties! We want to make sure that every kitty has something special to open on Christmas morning!

We decided to make up gift baskets for these special fur babies. We thought about all of the things that we have in our lives that other kitties may not have. We all realized that things we took for granted because they were always being there would be so appreciated by the kitties that did not have them.

Luna had a great idea, the ‘basket’ will actually be a kitty bed! The four amazing friends thought it was very important that these kitties had somewhere warm and cozy to sleep at night! Every cat needs a cozy bed for a good cat nap!

Food was the next thing that Noah suggested. The four amazing friends realized that food was always there for them, they didn’t have to look for it or even try to catch it! Holy salmon, imagine having to chase and catch a poor little mouse or bird so that you could eat! That would not be nice at all! The baskets were filled with lots of wet and dried food; tuna, salmon, turkey, chicken! Lots of yummy favors! We even added some Christmas Catini.

Lucy had the great idea of including some cat nip! It must be a little depressing at times being a homeless kitty! What better way to enhance your mood than with a little bit of a cat nip high! Every cat deserves to be high once in a while!!

The last thing that the four amazing friends decided to include in their basket was a kitty toy in the shape of a heart! This was my idea! I wanted to give every kitty some Tippy love. Even when the kitty was alone they would be able to snuggle their toy and feel that special Tippy love at any time!

We completed the baskets! But we all felt that something was missing! We needed to add the gifts that money cannot buy! Luna waved her white sparkly paws over the baskets and blessed them with happiness! Noah danced around the baskets and blessed them with fun! Lucy meditated over the baskets and blessed them with peace and I did some Reiki healing over them to bless them with good health. Yay!!! We were as happy as a room full of high kitties!!!!!

The baskets were ready to be delivered! But….my furiends ……that is our fun time for next Caturday!

I love my time with my special friends. I love the fact that we can do something wonderful to help those who are not as fortunate as us. I love the fact that my life is so blessed. I love all of you!
