Happy Caturday ~ Our prime purpose in life…..

Holy Catfish!!! It is Caturday again! I have been waiting for this day all week. Today is the day that my beautiful friends and I get to deliver the Kitty baskets we made last week to all of the homeless cats. My adorable Luna has named us ‘The Volunteer Cat Crew’, we are kitties that like to make a difference in the lives and hearts of others!!!

We load our special baskets onto the Catastic Sleigh that Santa has loaned us for the day. Our special baskets contain many special gifts; a cat bed, food, catnip and a heart shaped toy plus the gifts that money cannot buy….. the gifts of happiness, fun, peace and health. We are so happy that we can provide to those who are less fortunate than ourselves.

Luna’s Momma taught her that her prime purpose in life is to help others and that happiness is not only to receive but to share and to give! That was a wonderful gift that Luna was given by her sweet Momma. The Volunteer Cat Crew are so happy that Luna chose to share this wisdom with them. They love it!!! They all decided that they would like to adopt this as their slogan; it is the purrfect slogan to promote their wonderful cause!!

It was time to leave and start delivering!! Yay, the four amazing furiends were so excited it looked like they had been on a catnip frenzy! Noah and Lucy were skipping and dancing with joy and excitement. I love watching them have so much fun; other people being happy makes me happy. Me, being a wobbly wobbler, I am a little more reserved about skipping and dancing because it will look like I have been drinking Santa’s secret stash or Sherry and Brandy!! Luna being the sensitive and considerate soul that she is sits with me, holding my paw while our furiends jump with excitement. It makes us smile! 🙂

On our travels around the world, we found numerous homeless kitties that would benefit from our love and help. Each one we met we gave a basket, a hug and a special envelope!!! What is in the special envelope I hear you ask??!! Well, Noah and Lucy thought that because it is Christmas that every kitty deserves to have a great home to wake up in on Christmas morning! We have been busy working with Rescues and Shelters all week. The envelopes contained the names of the lovely people wanted to adopt each of the kitties. The homeless kitties were as happy as a cat in a box of fish!! They get to wake up in loving homes on Christmas morning! Our hearts were warm and filled with love! The ‘Volunteer Cat Crew’ are as happy as a cat in a box full of fish too!!!

In our excitement for helping others, we also had the idea of something our 2Foot furiends can do, it is called, ‘Give a Kitty a Purrfect Christmas!’ All 2Foots, please check out the website for your local shelter or rescue and share the profiles of some of the kitties needing homes on your Social media accounts. You never know who may fall in love with the beautiful face that you post and they may be able to give them a loving home! Remember kitty lovers, cat ladies, cat men…… ‘Our prime purpose in life is to help others and that happiness is not only to receive but to share and to give!’ Help give a kitty a purrfect home for Christmas!!!

Well my beautiful furiends, our deliveries are complete! The homeless kitties are happy, and we also have our plan for helping kitties find purrfect homes for Christmas under way! The four amazing furiends have had another amazing day and made huge accomplishments! Time for a cat nap before I go to Formal tonight with my Sisters. Time to find my dancing paws……
